WHAT IS Diagnostic Ultrasound?
Diagnostic Musculoskeletal Ultrasound, otherwise called MSK imagery,  is the ability to utilize the Ultrasound technology to examine muscles, tendons, ligaments, cartilage, and joints for underlying tissue damage. Bluetooth technology has advanced this modality and made it affordable for private non-hospital based clinicians to use.  Flaming Physical Therapy has embraced this advanced technology so that our patients receive not only correct and precise diagnoses, but also benefit from Ultrasound guided treatment plans. Ultrasound guided "Tenotomy" allows us to restart the healing process and resolve chronic unrelenting tendon degeneration.  We believe that this form of diagnosis will become our industry's standard of care in the next 10 years. As of now, we are pioneering using MSK in the outpatient clinical setting. And, Glenn has begun teaching the modality to our colleagues thru integrativedryneedling.com
